Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://velorabowie.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Airbnb Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Janitorial Service, Office Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Home Cleaning provided by Velora. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Velora and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Velora may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Velora does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Velora's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Velora harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MD law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MD for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Velora may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
